- 1 cup mixed olives, pitted and chopped

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to broil or heat a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Pat the branzino fillets dry, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil.
- In a bowl, combine chopped olives, lemon zest, orange zest, fresh herbs, and an additional drizzle of olive oil.
- Cook the fish for about 4-5 minutes per side until opaque and flaky.
- Plate the branzino and top generously with the citrus olive salsa before serving.
