Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about half an inch thick and transfer it to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake the dough for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Allow it to cool slightly.
- In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled pizza crust.
- Arrange sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired, then slice and serve immediately.
