Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat.
- In a bowl, mix together sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add raw pecans to the melted butter and stir until coated.
- Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the pecans in batches, stirring until evenly coated.
- Spread pecans on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow them to cool completely before serving.
