Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the burrata on the prepared baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle lightly with salt.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until warm and slightly gooey.
- Remove from the oven and generously drizzle with hot honey.
- Garnish with torn basil leaves.
- Serve immediately with slices of crusty bread for scooping.
