Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: chop bell peppers and green onions, and mince the garlic.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat with 1 tbsp of oil. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger; cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Pour in soy sauce and Sriracha; mix well and taste for seasoning.
- Add diced bell peppers; cook until tender but still crisp for about 3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving. Enjoy with rice or lettuce wraps.
