- 8 oz tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 6 strips thick-cut bacon
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange tortilla chips on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble into pieces.
- Layer half of the shredded cheddar cheese over the chips, add crumbled bacon, and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
- Fry eggs sunny-side up in another skillet while nachos bake.
- Assemble by placing fried eggs on top of the nachos, drizzling with salsa, and garnishing with green onions and cilantro.
- Serve immediately from the baking sheet for maximum enjoyment.
