Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place the salmon fillets in the baking dish and season generously with salt and pepper.
- In a medium bowl, combine grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and melted butter until crumbly.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over each salmon fillet, then top generously with the Parmesan mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the topping is golden brown.
- Serve immediately, garnished with lemon wedges.
