Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread frozen fries on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- While fries bake, sauté sliced onion in a skillet over medium heat with a splash of oil for about 8 minutes until caramelized.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, salt, and pepper to create the special sauce.
- Once fries are done, layer American cheese on top while hot to melt it.
- Add grilled onions and drizzle with special sauce. Top with jalapeños or bacon bits if desired.
