Instructions
- Slice the peaches in half and remove the pits. Cut into thick wedges (approx. 0.5-inch).
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add unsalted butter.
- Once melted, sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon into the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Add peach slices cut-side down to the skillet; cook for about 3 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and drizzle with vanilla extract if desired before serving warm.
