- 1 cup Turkish delight candies (cut into small pieces)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar until well combined.
- Stir in rosewater to taste.
- Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
- Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer instructions (about 20-25 minutes).
- Gently fold in chopped pistachios and Turkish delight pieces.
- Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and freeze for at least four hours until firm.
