- 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped Turkish delight (rose or lemon flavored)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in chopped Turkish delight until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
- Pour filling over crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Turn off oven and let cool inside for an hour with the door ajar to prevent cracking.
- Chill in the fridge for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
