Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together wheat flour and water until smooth. Let it rest for about an hour at room temperature.
- Add sugar and yeast to the mixture, stirring until fully dissolved.
- Cover the bowl with a clean towel and let it ferment in a warm place for 24 hours.
- Strain the mixture through a fine sieve into a container to remove lumps.
- Refrigerate the strained boza for at least four hours before serving.
- Pour into glasses and sprinkle with ground cinnamon or nuts as desired.
