- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Soak the rice cakes in warm water for 30 minutes if they are dry.
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, gochugaru, and minced garlic until smooth.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat; stir-fry fish cakes for about 5 minutes until golden.
- Add soaked rice cakes and 1 cup of water to the pan; stir well.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Simmer on low-medium heat for about 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
