- 2 cups shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup pizza sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Let rest before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix pizza sauce with half of the pickled jalapeños.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired shape.
- Spread the sauce over the dough, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, and top with sliced chicken and remaining jalapeños.
- Bake on a baking sheet for 12-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden. Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
