- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken with garlic, onion, salt, pepper, eggs, and panko breadcrumbs until well mixed.
- Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Shape the mixture into patties about one inch thick.
- Fry each fritter for about 4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm with sour cream mixed with chopped fresh herbs.
