Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- 2. In a skillet, cook the sausage links until brown; chop into bite-sized pieces.
- 3. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, mix milk and eggs until smooth.
- 4. Combine wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir gently. Fold in sausage, cheese, and green onions.
- 5. Fill muffin tins about two-thirds full with batter and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
