Instructions

- Mix the yeast mixture with the flour mixture to form a shaggy dough.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place in an oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled.
- Punch down the dough; fold in cooked sausage and cheese until evenly distributed.
- Shape into a loaf or place in a greased dish; bake at 375°F for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
