- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (diced)
- 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger (minced)
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 cup green peppers (diced)
- 2 sheets puff pastry (thawed)
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Sauté the onion until translucent, then add garlic and ginger; cook until fragrant.
- Stir in the diced chicken and spices; cook for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked. Add green peppers and cook until soft.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 4×4 inch squares.
- Place about a tablespoon of filling in the center of each square, fold to form triangles, and seal edges with a fork.
- Heat oil in a deep pot and fry samosas in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
