Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, nuts, cranberries, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree and maple syrup until smooth.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients; mix well until coated.
  5. Press mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack; cut into squares.
