- 1 cup unsalted roasted pistachios, chopped
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second bursts until melted, stirring between each interval.
- Stir in maple syrup until fully combined.
- Mix in three-quarters of the chopped pistachios.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared dish, spread evenly, and sprinkle remaining pistachios on top. Refrigerate for about 2 hours until set.
- Lift out using the parchment paper and cut into squares or bars.
