  3. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy (about 2 minutes). Mix in peanut butter until combined.
  4. Beat in the egg until fully integrated.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture; stir until just combined.
  6. Drop dough onto prepared sheets and create an indentation in each with your thumb. Fill each well with about half a teaspoon of jelly.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Allow to cool slightly before transferring.
