- 1 cup creamy natural peanut butter
- 2 cups whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups crispy rice cereal
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup chopped peanuts (for topping)
Instructions
- If using traditional lasagna noodles, cook according to package instructions, then set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in half of the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
- In a rectangular baking dish, spread a thin layer of whipped cream on the bottom.
- Layer noodles over the cream, followed by half of the peanut butter mixture and a layer of crispy rice cereal. Repeat with another layer of noodles and filling.
- Finish with a final noodle layer topped with remaining whipped cream, chocolate chips, and chopped peanuts.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours to chill before serving.
