Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a bowl, mix softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla; mix well until fully combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda then gradually add to the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips gently.
- Spoon dough into muffin cups until two-thirds full. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
- Cool slightly before removing from the tin.
