Instructions

- In a bowl, toss the apple slices with lemon juice, brown sugar (if using), and cinnamon until evenly coated.
- Line baking sheets with parchment paper and arrange the apple slices in a single layer.
- Bake for 1 hour, flip the slices, then bake for an additional hour until crispy.
- Allow to cool completely before enjoying.
