Instructions
- Melt the chocolate by breaking it into pieces and microwaving in 30-second intervals until smooth, stirring between each interval.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream until well combined.
- Carefully fold in half of the fresh raspberries for fruity bursts.
- Spoon or pipe the mousse into serving cups and top with remaining raspberries.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the mousse to set.
