- ¼ cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease mini cake pans.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat softened butter and sugar until fluffy; add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients; gently fold in blueberries.
- Pour batter into prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool completely before frosting. For the frosting, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth; gradually add heavy cream.
