Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a floured surface, roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut it into squares or circles.
- In a bowl, mix together chopped spinach, crumbled feta, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, and olive oil until well combined.
- Place a spoonful of the filling on each piece of puff pastry. Fold over or leave open-faced.
- Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm.
