- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add honey and vanilla extract, mixing until well blended.
- Spoon the mixture into mini muffin tins lined with cupcake liners, filling each about one tablespoon.
- Freeze for at least two hours or until firm.
- Once frozen, remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
