- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter and maple syrup until smooth.
- Stir in rolled oats and vanilla extract until well mixed, then add chocolate chips and mix again.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish using a spatula.
- Melt dark chocolate chips and drizzle over the top of the oat mixture.
- Refrigerate for about two hours or until firm, then lift out using parchment paper, slice into bars, and enjoy!
