- 2 tbsp honey

- 4 slices whole grain bread
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by spreading butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- On the non-buttered side of one slice, spread goat cheese, drizzle honey, and sprinkle red pepper flakes.
- Complete the sandwich by topping it with another slice of bread (buttered side out).
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich in the pan. Grill for 3-4 minutes until golden brown; flip and repeat until both sides are crispy.
- Slice diagonally and drizzle with extra honey if desired.
