Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). If using a store-bought tart shell, place it on a baking sheet. For homemade, mix gluten-free flour with butter until crumbly; press into a tart pan.
- Bake the tart shell for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely.
- In a bowl, blend mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the mascarpone mixture evenly over the cooled tart shell. Arrange fresh fruits on top creatively.
- Chill the assembled tart in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
- Slice and serve cold for a refreshing treat.
