- 3 overripe bananas, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an oven-safe skillet or round baking pan with ghee.
- Arrange the sliced bananas at the bottom of the pan and sprinkle with brown sugar.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, and cardamom.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the melted ghee until combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients without overmixing.
- Pour batter over the banana layer in the pan and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. A toothpick should come out clean when inserted.
- Let cool slightly before flipping onto a serving plate.
