- 4 ears fresh corn on the cob
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves minced garlic

Instructions
- Shuck the corn and rinse under cold water.
- Boil a large pot of salted water. Add the corn and cook for 7-10 minutes until tender but crisp.
- In a separate pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Drain the corn and return it to the pot. Pour in the garlic butter mixture, stirring well to coat every kernel.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over hot corn and mix gently until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper, then garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
