Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lightly greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix tapioca flour and salt. In another bowl, whisk together milk and eggs until smooth.
- Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients, stirring until fully blended.
- Fold in both types of cheese until evenly distributed.
- Shape the dough into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until puffed up and golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving warm.
