Instructions
- Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium heat.
- Slice the bread thickly and brush one side with olive oil.
- On the un-oiled side, layer the mozzarella cheese, drizzle with balsamic vinegar, then sprinkle with herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Top with another slice of oiled bread and grill for 3-5 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- Remove from heat, let rest briefly, slice diagonally, and serve warm.
