Instructions
- Dice the tomatoes and remove excess seeds for a less watery dip. Mince garlic and chop basil.
- In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Fold in diced tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and chill in the fridge for at least one hour to let flavors meld.
- Serve with toasted baguette slices or vegetable sticks.
