Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, sear chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown but not fully cooked.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup and milk until smooth. Stir in garlic powder.
  4. Fold in fresh spinach and half of the shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  5. Arrange seared chicken in the prepared baking dish and pour the creamy mixture over it evenly. Top with remaining cheese.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes, removing the foil during the last 10 minutes for a golden crust.
