- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter; sauté onion and bell pepper until soft. Add garlic; cook until fragrant.
- Stir in crawfish tails and Cajun seasoning; cook for about 5 minutes until heated through.
- Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface; cut into squares or circles. Place a spoonful of filling in the center, fold over, and seal edges with a fork.
- Brush each pie with beaten egg wash for a golden finish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
