Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and granulated sugar.
- In another bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, vanilla extract, and eggs until smooth; combine this with the dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown; use a toothpick to check for doneness.
- Let cool completely before slicing and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
