Instructions

- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out the pizza dough into your desired shape.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper; cook for 6-8 minutes on each side until golden brown. Shred the cooked chicken.
- In a mixing bowl, combine half of the enchilada sauce with the shredded chicken.
- Spread remaining enchilada sauce on the rolled-out dough. Evenly distribute chicken mixture over the sauce, then top with shredded cheese and vegetables.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
