- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water and yeast; let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- In another bowl, combine flour and salt. Gradually add yogurt and yeast mixture until a dough forms.
- Transfer to a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Let rise in a greased bowl covered with a cloth for about an hour.
- Mix minced garlic with shredded cheese in a bowl.
- Divide dough into balls, roll each into circles, place filling in the center, fold over, and cook on a hot skillet for about 2 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Brush with melted butter before serving.
