Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and lightly spray it with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing continuously to ensure even incorporation.
- Pour in the heavy cream and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 35-40 minutes until the top is deeply browned.
- Allow to cool before slicing; serve chilled or at room temperature.
