Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the eggs, milk, melted butter, and maple syrup. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir gently until just combined; avoid overmixing.
- Scoop the batter into each muffin cup about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving with additional maple syrup.
