Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine granola and melted butter until well mixed. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a tart pan or pie dish. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow the crust to cool completely (refrigerate for faster cooling if desired).
- In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey until smooth.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the cooled granola crust.
- Arrange assorted fresh fruits artistically on top of the yogurt layer.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about an hour before serving.
