Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine diced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon until fully coated.
- Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 4-inch squares.
- Place a tablespoon of apple filling in the center of each square. Fold opposite corners together and pinch to seal tightly.
- Brush each bomb with egg wash for a shiny finish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
