Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, and almond milk until smooth. Stir in almond extract.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour half a ladle of batter into the skillet, swirling to form a thin layer. Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges are golden brown; flip and cook for another minute.
- In a saucepan, heat mixed berries over medium heat with honey or maple syrup until warmed through.
- Assemble by placing berry mixture on one half of each crepe before folding them over.
- Serve immediately, drizzling any remaining berry syrup on top.
