- 4 large egg whites
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 cup Turkish delight, diced
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- ½ cup granulated sugar (for sherbet)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whip egg whites until foamy. Gradually add sugar while whipping until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in white vinegar and shape the meringue into a round nest on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and leave the pavlova inside to cool completely.
- While cooling, blend raspberries with ½ cup sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Freeze the mixture in an airtight container until slushy.
- Once cooled, layer Turkish delight over the pavlova, top with raspberry sherbet, and serve.
