Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two round cake pans.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until frothy. Add milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients; stir until just mixed without overmixing.
- Divide batter between prepared pans and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to wire racks. Once cooled, layer with whipped cream or frosting as desired.
