- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- 2 tsp fresh oregano (chopped)
Instructions
- Prepare the octopus: Thaw if frozen and rinse under cold water. Remove beak and innards if necessary.
- Make the marinade: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, smoked paprika, parsley, and oregano.
- Marinate: Place octopus in a zip-top bag or dish, pour in marinade, seal tightly, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat grill: Heat grill to medium-high (400°F/200°C).
- Grill octopus: Place marinated octopus on grill grates and cook each side for 3-5 minutes until charred.
- Serve: Transfer to a platter, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with herbs, and enjoy!
