- 2 (6 oz) filet mignon
- 8 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 oz cooked lobster tail
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- ½ cup dry white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Let filet mignon sit at room temperature.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, season filet mignon with salt and pepper. Sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes for medium-rare.
- In another pan, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant. Pour in white wine and reduce by half before adding heavy cream.
- Stir in shrimp and lobster; cook until shrimp turns pink (about 2 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.
- Let steak rest for 5 minutes before serving topped with the seafood sauce.
